    I was a bit dubious when I bought this book, as I'd rented it out of the library before and not really done anything with the advice.
    However having gone part time and being skint after Christmas, I really needed some money saving inspiration.

    This book was the tonic that was required, it contains tips and general strategies to reduce your spending drastically without impacting your lifestyle.

    There's something infectious about Martin's writing and he does inspire you to get off your backside and fix your finances.

    I have to say that I've never considered all the myriad ways of saving money that Martin lists, I'd never heard of money back sites for example.
    In conjunction with the web site there are ways to reduce almost all of your outgoings. I've swapped my gas/ electricity supplier. I'm researching getting my Council Tax reduced and I'm going to haggle my Sky package down.

    Highly recommended, they should use this as a set text in Schools!
